How to Order

Online shopping is available for selected products only.

For other products, please use one of these easy ways to place your order.

Telephone

We welcome telephone orders between the hours of 11 am and 7 PM, Eastern Time.  The person taking your order may not be able to recommend treatments or remedies.  For phone orders we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover , American Express and we can take your check over the phone.  Please have your credit card information or a blank personal check with you when you call.  For checks taken over the phone an authorized draft in the exact dollar amount and with the same check number will be substituted for your check and be processed in the normal manner.

Fax

Use a hard copy of our order form (it should print out neatly on one page) or write out your order using our order form as a guide. Please be sure all pertinent information is included, especially a complete address and phone number.  For credit card orders, specify Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.  Include card #, expiration date and signature of the card holder.  We can accept your check via fax.  Fill out as normal, payable to Evenstar, sign, and fax along with your order. An authorized draft with the same check number will be substituted for your check and be processed in the normal manner.

Email

We recommend that you do not use email for your first order.  Call us and with your permission we will keep your credit card information on file and you can email future orders without the need to include your credit card information.

We want to make placing your order as simple as possible.   We suggest you either print out an order form and fill it out as you look through our online catalogs or make notes of the products you want before contacting us. Please use the method above that you like best to order.

Orders are individually formulated and normally are shipped via USPS Priority Mail once a week. Allow 7 - 10 days for delievery. See order form for shipping and handling rates. For shipments outside the continental United States or for faster delivery, call us for rates.

All orders are prepaid.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, money orders and your personal check in US dollars.  There is a $35 charge for returned checks. We may hold your order until your personal check clears.

Due to the nature of these products we cannot accept returns.  Claims of damaged goods must be reported immediately to us.  If an item is backordered, the rest of your order will ship at once and the backorder item will follow as soon as possible.

To assist you in determining the herbal products best for your needs, we recommend you consult a professional herbalist or other health care practitioner. Custom Blended Herbal Formulas are available and highly recommended.
