Quarterly Coaching Maintenance Program
Many of my coaching clients that have reached completion with their original coaching intention still feel they need or want a continuing coaching structure. They expressed a desire for some sort of support and maintenance coaching and wanted an option for continuing their coaching work in a less intensive manner.
To fill that need I have created the Quarterly Coaching Maintenance Program.
This program worked so well with my clients that requested it, I decided to offer this special coaching option to all past coaching clients.
This program provides you with coaching support to help you leverage and develop the principles, concepts, and actions that you implemented during our coaching sessions.
Your Quarterly Coaching Maintenance Program will help you:
- Continue the progress you made during your coaching
- Continue taking effective actions towards your goals
- Understand your process better
- Clarify your intentions
- Gain further insight into your situation
- Design additional supportive environments around you
- Encourage you to include key self-care routines while you achieve your goals and manifest your intentions
- Get you back on track
- Give you access to new, insightful, "cutting edge" coaching tools and concepts
- Give you access to me as your coach in an affordable and flexible structure
Each Quarterly Coaching Maintenance Program lasts 3 months. We work together to help you go further toward getting what you really want and designing the life you really want. The fee for the Quarterly Coaching Maintenance Program is only $285 per quarter.
The Quarterly Coaching Maintenance Program consists of:
- Weekly email updates from you to me throughout the 3 month period
- Unlimited daily email contact with questions, updates, challenges, successes, wins, etc. from you to me throughout the 3 month period
- Unlimited email coaching from me throughout the 3 month period
- One 60 minute coaching session by phone during the second month of the Quarter.
- Laser phone check-ins if needed. These phone check-ins should be limited to 5-15 minutes if you feel you need a quick coaching "in-person" exchange.
- If you would like to include additional full coaching sessions by phone these sessions are billed at $215 a session with a month’s follow up period. (This would effectively extend your Quarterly Coaching Maintenance Program for an additional month of email coaching.)
As an extra added value, you will receive a valuable coaching tool, resource, or program such as Life Review Process, Clean Sweep, or Personal Path. This resource is to help you focus on areas of your life pertinent to your coaching focus.
The Quarterly Coaching Maintenance Program is limited to areas of coaching related (directly or indirectly) to the focus of your original personal coaching program. If other areas of interest or need arise that are significantly unrelated to your original area of focus the appropriate way to work with these is to schedule an additional coaching session or another series of contract coaching sessions. You should feel free to bring up anything during our email exchanges. If a topic is significantly unrelated to our area of focus or if it needs more extensive follow up I will let you know the appropriate options for working with this.
