Due to the nature of our specially formulated Herbal products, we cannot accept returns for refund or credit. No medicinal claims are made. Additional disclaimers.

If you are dissatisfied with the any other product or publication, return it within 30 days and we will issue a company credit.

Claims of damaged goods must be reported immediately upon receipt.

Orders for electronic products (e-courses, ebooks) are filled immediately.

Orders for online assessments (BCOP, MAPP) are filled by sending, via email, the appropriate log in codes, usually within 2 business days of our receipt of the paid order.

Orders from third parties (HeartMath, Amazon) are filled according their respective Terms of Service.

If an item is backordered, the rest of your order will be sent at once and the backorder item will follow as soon as possible.
